On 02/27/23 at approx 2120 hours OVFC was dispatched for a reported MVA into a tree in the area of Indian Fields and LaGrange Ln. While our units were responding the 911 center gave an update that there was confirmed entrapment in the vehicle. Slingerlands FD was immediately requested for their heavy rescue to the scene. First arriving unit 25-85 and chiefs found a pickup truck with heavy entrapment of the operator. Our rescue engine 25-23 arrived on scene shortly to begin stabilizing the vehicle and deploy our extrication tools. The truck needed to be chained to our rescue engine to prevent it from further slipping down an embankment. 
With the arrival of Slingerlands 31-40 a joint effort was taken to remove the roof of the vehicle and perform a dash roll to free the patient. The extrication took over 30 mins to complete. 
The patient was transported on our ambulance 25-85 with our EMT and two ACSO paramedics on board to a local trauma center. 
We would like to give an immense thank you to  Slingerlands FD for the assistance with extrication. The two FDs worked well together as a team to achieve the goal of extricating the patient.
